I think there are 2 types we call Yo-yo. One is as people knows, is made by line and plastic one.

The other is this like as you see picture. It is small baloon with water inside, and connects with line made by rubber.

Its very colorful and very light one, so its easy for small kids to play.

There are many festival in Japan, you can see this type of Yo-yo at there. But you don't buy this Yo-yo but you fish(hook) with unique fish hook.

This fish hook is made by iron hook and Japanese paper. Japanese paper is strong but it turns to be weaken when it goes into the water.

I think almost people can get 1 Yo-yo at last, but it is difficult to get 2,3 and more. You can get Yo-yo as long as your fish hook isn't broken.
